We provide mechanistic case synthesis your team can review and discuss.
BiomeLogic is an independent systems-biology consultancy. The deliverable is a written mechanistic summary, scoped to education and designed to be read alongside—never in place of—a patient's licensed care team.
- Educational systems-biology consulting · Not diagnosis
- Not diagnosis or treatment
- Works alongside your licensed care team
- Written mechanistic summary
- Fictional sample report available
- No files required for Gate 1
What BiomeLogic does
- Reads a case against the Host Capacity Model.
- Maps which biological axes appear strained and where a candidate upstream mechanism may sit.
- Surfaces contradictions and uncertainty in the available data.
- Produces a written mechanistic summary with discussion questions for the patient's care team.
- Reviews lab patterns mechanistically (educational interpretation, not diagnostic interpretation).
What BiomeLogic does not do
- Diagnose, treat, prescribe, or order labs.
- Recommend dosing or supplement protocols.
- Direct or override clinical care.
- Replace the clinician–patient relationship.
- Make outcome guarantees.
How reports are structured
Each summary is organized around mechanism, hierarchy, uncertainty, and discussion. Sections typically include: presenting picture, axis-by-axis read (barrier, bioenergetic, ecological, mast-cell, autonomic, mitochondrial, where relevant), candidate upstream mechanism, contradictions and uncertainty, testing-priority logic for clinician discussion, and a written set of questions a patient can bring back to their licensed care team.
A fictional example is published openly: view the sample mechanistic report.
How reports may support clinical conversations
The intent is to reduce the interpretive burden during your visit time. Reports name mechanisms (not protocols), tag claims by evidence tier, and explicitly mark scope boundaries. Clinicians can review and discuss the reasoning with the patient, agree, modify, or disregard any part of it.
Scope boundaries
BiomeLogic is educational systems-biology consulting. Anything that resembles diagnosis, prescription, or care planning remains the exclusive domain of the patient's licensed clinicians. The written summary states this directly. Where the model may not apply (acute care, structural disease, primary autoimmune, primary neurological/vascular drivers), the summary says so.
Privacy and data handling
Patient-submitted information is used only to produce the mechanistic summary for that engagement. Records are not shared with third parties. Patients may request deletion at any time. See the health-data privacy page for full handling details.
Collaboration options
- With patient consent, the written summary can be sent directly to your office.
- With patient consent, you may be looped in on a follow-up call to discuss the mechanistic interpretation.
- You may forward the patient's permitted clinical context for mechanistic interpretation; clinical interpretation remains yours.

A concise clinician-facing summary derived from the full BiomeLogic report. It is designed to help the client discuss candidate mechanisms, uncertainties, and questions with a licensed care team.
- 1–2 page clinician-facing summary
- Candidate mechanisms
- Key pattern signals
- Uncertainty and alternative explanations
- Clinician-discussion questions
- Scope disclaimer
- No treatment plan
- No diagnosis
- No dosing
- No supplement protocol
This brief does not diagnose or recommend treatment. It translates the educational mechanistic synthesis into a concise format that can be reviewed and discussed with licensed clinicians.

BiomeLogic is a Maryland-based educational systems-biology consulting platform. It provides mechanistic case synthesis and clinician-discussion questions for complex gut, immune, metabolic, lab-pattern, and post-viral cases. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, triage, or replace licensed medical care.
BiomeLogic may be useful when a client has complex multi-system patterns and needs help organizing biological hypotheses, prior labs, timeline, and candidate mechanisms into a written educational framework for discussion with their licensed care team. The deliverable is a written mechanistic summary, not a treatment plan, prescription, diagnosis, or supplement protocol.
Educational systems-biology consulting only. Not diagnosis, treatment, prescription, triage, or a replacement for licensed medical care.
