Process and payment
From first contact to the written framework.
Nothing is charged until fit has been confirmed in writing. Each published engagement carries a flat, openly listed fee; anything arranged case by case is quoted in writing first. No insurance billing, no affiliate products.
Free fit screen (Gate 1)
A short written screen, no files, no payment. Every submission receives a written reply by email — accepted, or declined with the reason.
Secure intake and payment
If the case fits, you submit records through the secure intake and pay the published fee by card through Stripe — the only payment method accepted.
Reconstruction and live session
The full record is reconstructed before anything is scheduled, then the reasoning is tested with you in the live session.
Synthesis and framework
The written analysis and personalized intervention framework arrive within 10 business days, with four weeks of clarification email.
Working with BiomeLogic from outside the United States
BiomeLogic is not a country-specific service and there is no separate international offering. The same work is delivered the same way wherever you are.
- How it runs
- Remote (video call) — asynchronous written analysis plus one live session. Nothing depends on you being in the same place, or awake at the same time, as anyone else.
- Scheduling the live session
- The workable scheduling window has not been published. Rather than imply a coverage claim that has not been confirmed, times are agreed directly with you when the session is booked.
- Fees and payment
- Fees are charged in USD ($850). Payment route: Stripe, which accepts international cards. Your bank’s conversion and any card fees are outside BiomeLogic’s control.
- Jurisdiction and scope
- Educational analysis and a personalized intervention framework for your medical team to review—not diagnosis, prescribing, medical supervision, or emergency care. That boundary does not change by country: no clinical care is provided in any jurisdiction, nothing is prescribed anywhere, and no clinician–patient relationship is created.
- Who the written output is for
- The written synthesis is written to be read by your own licensed clinician, wherever they practise. It is discussion material for that conversation, not an instruction to them or to you.

- For most first-time complex cases it is the Comprehensive Systems-Biology Case Analysis ($850) — the flagship engagement with published scope and a fixed fee. The Complex Case Deep Dive ($1,250) exists for unusually layered, contradictory, record-heavy histories, and you do not have to decide that yourself: if your case calls for it, it is explained and confirmed with you before any payment. A Lab Pattern & Results Review ($400) suits a focused reading of a defined set of results you already hold. If you are unsure, begin Gate 1 — it is free and the fit question is answered before any payment.
- Every Comprehensive and Deep Dive engagement ends in a personalized intervention framework: prioritized targets, sequencing, nutritional and metabolic strategies, supplement and nutrient options and specific product examples where relevant — derived from your own case, not a template, and prepared for review and implementation with your licensed clinicians. The Lab Pattern & Results Review is narrower and does not include the full framework.

- Every engagement includes four weeks of reasonable clarification email on the delivered analysis. That does not cover substantial new labs, new medical events, medication changes, new records, or redesigning the framework — that is a Major Case Re-analysis ($400) or a Follow-Up Session ($325).

- No insurance billing: BiomeLogic is private educational consulting, not clinical care. It cannot advise on HSA/FSA plan eligibility — confirm directly with your plan administrator first.
- No. I am an independent mechanistic analyst. The full scope of practice is described on the About page, and the analysis is written to be reviewed by your own licensed clinicians.
- No. I do not sell or recommend products with any financial relationship attached. Where the framework names specific product examples, there is no commission, affiliate payment or laboratory markup behind them.
- BiomeLogic is not a functional-medicine clinic. Some functional-medicine practices combine testing with protocol-based care; BiomeLogic's role is narrower and analytical — reconstruct the record, state competing hypotheses, grade evidence and contradictions, and prepare a framework your clinicians can approve, modify or reject. The intervention framework is derived from that reasoning rather than from a symptom-to-supplement template.
- Yes. Everything is delivered remotely. International scheduling is confirmed individually in writing before booking.
