Why we don't publish outcome percentages.
Many consulting practices advertise self-reported improvement percentages. Biomelogic does not. Mechanistic analysis is an interpretive service, not a controlled trial. Without a transparent methodology, percentages create the impression of evidence that does not exist.
What we sell
Clients pay for mechanistic clarity, a written case framework, an upstream and downstream hierarchy, clinician-facing discussion points, a competing hypothesis map, and explicit uncertainty handling. We do not sell symptom reduction.
What would have to be true first
Before any outcome figures appear on this site, the following would have to be published alongside them, in plain language:
- ·Sample size and denominator
- ·Collection date range
- ·Collection method (survey, interview, structured follow-up)
- ·Follow-up interval (e.g. 8 weeks, 6 months)
- ·Missing-data and dropout rate
- ·Selection-bias acknowledgment (clients who responded vs. all clients)
- ·Explicit absence of causal inference (correlation only)
- ·No outcome guarantee — individual variation is significant
In the meantime
See the fictional sample report for a concrete preview of the deliverable, and the services page for the scope of each engagement.
